Last nite i had been informed by my supervisor(sv) that the human resource(hr) department Told her that i will be the new manager....
The nite shift assistant manager!!!!
I am quite happy about the news because my salary will be more because i will be the permanent staff...
Not like now just as management trainee and on contract basis...
But after i think back for a while,
If i take the offer, i will work permanently at nite....
I can't see the sun for my whole life...
Not everyday cannot see the sun la because i also have off-day....
I quite confuse whether to accept the offer or not...
So hopefully there are somebody can give me ideas or opinion about that...
Exactly, as nite shift assistant manager,
I will be doing the basic things like i am doing right now....
Check-in and check-out, posting, closing, cashier and don't forget nite audit and nite audit report....
In my mind rite now, i want to search for new job...
Hopefully there is 1 for me...
1 job with better salary and match my marketing field....huhuhu....
I do love this job because the work environment are good but i am not happy with the job....
So i think better i get off this job quickly....
My friends do offer me jobs at their workplace and the job match with my soul...hahahaha.....
1 as Marketing Executive at Biotech Malacca and another 1 is Perodua at Rawang as Sales Coordinator.....
Those 2 can offer me more than what i can get when i work here...
So, please help me to decide...

As you are thinking about whether to accept the night shift manager job, don't think of it as something you have to do for the rest of your life. Rather, look at it as one stepping stone in your career. In that context will you learn skills that can help you reach your longer term career goals? Are those skills worth the inconvenience of working the night shift?
